Jade is the only person I’ll go to for my hair care! Right from the start she is so friendly, caring and welcoming. Her attention to detail is 10/10. She is so knowledgeable and her skills are so high, yet she is constantly working so hard to advance them. You will not find a better person to trust with your hair. Her new space in London is beautiful, comfortable and private. I get daily compliments on my hair and cannot recommend Jade enough!

I was really apprehensive about having extentions but Jade made sure I fully understood the maintenance and about the hair itself. Any questions I had she was able to answer with very good knowledge and she made me feel really calm and relaxed. Jade is very welcoming and such a friendly person. I will definitely be back for my hair!
