I had a haircut yesterday with Joe and had a great experience. He explained the haircut I wanted very clearly, so communication was excellent. The haircut turned out exactly as I hoped and the staff are friendly and very professional. Very happy

Overall I am really happy with my haircut, Christina was able to fix a really bad cut I gave myself and I have gained so much confidence in my appearance. However I felt slightly uncomfortable when explaining what I wanted, almost as if I was an inconvenience to her which didn't make me feel very welcome.
