Hadn't had a hair cut in years. Made me feel comfortable and very happy with the result. Fair pricing too.
It was first time at a salon in 4(?) years and I was super nervous for a big change. My initial consultation put at ease any, and every doubt I had about the process. Christina and Joe were very informative and patient when I had accidentally booked the wrong treatment (oops) and amended everything during my consultation. Christina was very realistic with the outcome of the treatment especially as I was going from natural black to burgungy/mahogany. On the day of the appointment I was welcomed again with the same warmth and hospitality (also very obvious with every customer that walked in while I was there). Christina reassured me throughout the whole process, explaining what she was doing and why. She gave me advice about what she thought was best (and trust me, you should listen to it!) to fit my face, complexion etc. Though we had not gone with the exact shade I couldn't be happier with the result. I highly recommend and will definitely be back for touch-ups and other treatments in the future. Thank you both! You couldn't find kinder people anywhere.

As soon as I walked into the salon, Cristina and Joe made me feel so welcome and comfortable. The entire hair color and cut was explained to me prior. It was top tier communication on their end. The atmosphere is fun and cheerful and I absolutely LOVED the final outcome. I accidentally booked the wrong appointment and went home with a lovely new change.
