Natasha was lovely but having discussed that she would only take an inch off my hair and not go too hard on the layers it ended up much shorter especially around the front and heavily layered. She also didn't ask me how I'd like it styled and I really didn't like the way it looked when I left but it's hard to say so at the time. My hair has settled down now, I've got used to it and I'm a bit happier but I was very fed up about the amount of hair that was cut for the for the first few days.
