Price on Treatwell booking site is £20. When paying she tried to charge me £25. I said booking site says £20 she just said yes without any other comment and I was charged £20 on my card. I don't feel this was an honest mistake but a deliberate way of overcharging. I've been 4 times, looking back I realise that 3 times i paid £20 but one time (2nd visit) I was actually charged £23. Don't trust them anymore so won't be returning. Plus the acrid smell of nail products is overpowering the salon.
