Jan treats each of her clients differently depending on their needs. Not only their hair needs but their age too. I saw her helping an elderly client with her satnav and putting her in her car on this visit. Making sure she was happy and able to go on her way. Then with me, Jan knows what styles and colours will suit me and listens to my views.
