I don’t think this lady has done highlights for a good few years. My hair went blue with a toner she put on under heat. She brushed my hair with a brush which snapped my hair a lot. She didn’t blow it properly as it was still damp underneath. Nice lady but roots still really bad with ginger in top. Would never go back. My hair is ruined and very dry and damaged now.
