Cancelled my appointment after sitting me down after sitting me down and asking what style I wanted. Ordered my coffee. Another lady came back to say stylist wasn't feeling well. Why get me seated if she was going to cancel the cut. The stylist I think got lazy and didn't want to blow dry my thick hair. Very poor service!
