Haircut is fine if you actually get seen. First time I booked I received a call shortly before saying the stylist was supposedly sick, but another stylist managed to fit me in later that day. Despite the hiccup I was pleased with the result so i booked to come again. This time I turn up and they apparently have no record of my booking so i had to seek a refund from treatwell. I won't be returning.
