Don’t book your appointments via treatwell here. When I arrived they told me there was no booking on system for me therefore they could not do my hair as they had taking other bookings. They did offer to do it at a later time however I had booked it at time for a reason and made my way to the salon. Albeit they apologised there was no real empathy, I had to just accept as I booked via treatwell it was acceptable for this to happen. I emailed the salon to express my disappointment no response.
