unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Inattentive staff. Waited with wet hair for about 20 mins. The haircut turned out to be nothing like the references I provided. There had an unpleasant odor, reminiscent of urine. Disgusting!

Not worth it, I had to wait for 30 minutes for my appointment and she did not listen to my instructions regarding my eyebrows (I asked for the shape to not be touched) and to only remove the tiny hairs under the eyebrows. As well as ruining my eyebrows she did not know how to wax and thread well, nearly ripped my skin off and left marks on my eyebrows from the threading which never happened to me before.

I went to the premises on Wednesday to have a full set of acrylics - by Thursday evening one of the nails had already broke .. as I was going away I got it repaired at another salon - as I thought it would be just the one nail! However, by Saturday morning a further nails have broke and I have acrylics before from other salons with no issues
