The first time that Umberto did my hair was just for a fringe trim and during the appointment we had a consultation about a new hair colour. I went back for my colour change booking and I still can’t believe how stunning my hair colour is, so shiny and healthy.

I went in to Umberto for a big chop and had a great experience. He was friendly, welcoming, and reassuring, listened well to everything I said and made some suggestions about what would suit me.
