It was our first trip to Hair Icon and we each received a warm welcome from Jade. She listened to exactly what we wanted and did a great job. She was especially kind & encouraging to my daughter who was having a major cut and donating her hair to the charity 'Little Princess Trust'.
The others in the salon (a hairdresser and a customer) were both really supportive of my daughter too and even sponsored the charity. There's a genuinely lovely atmosphere here!

Went for my sons first hair cut and I didn’t know how he would be and we had an amazing experience there and she was genuinely amazing with my son and shown him there’s nothing to be scream off. Definitely would recommend
