I arrived for my haircut a little nervous as my first time at the salon but was warmly welcomed by Gemma and her assistant Ashley. I was asked if I would like a drink. Gemma was busy with another customer but she let me know she wouldnt be long. Ashley was very warm and friendly and gave me a lovely hair wash & head massage. Gemma did a fantastic job with my hair. She knew just want I wanted even though it was the first time I’d met her. She was very warm and easy to talk to made me feel at ease. I left feeling so happy and on cloud 9 with my haircut! I will definitely be back.

Gemma is fantastic with my girls. She makes them feel like princesses. One has real trouble having her hair touched at all, Gemma has fixed it and the cut is cute as well as practical.
