I had a 17:30 appointment for nails, eyebrows and hair toner with Nicola but wasn’t seen until 25 minutes later. The nails were okay, but some polish was left on the skin. I asked for my eyebrows to be thinned, but one was shortened instead, and after fixing, they ended up too thick and short. What I thought was toner was actually shampoo, which was a bit confusing. Overall, the service felt rushed and not what I expected.

I recently visited this salon and had a fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, Nichola was incredibly welcoming and attentive. I booked this very last minute and I’m honestly so glad I did. I felt comfortable, listened to, and my hair is absolutely perfect. I don’t live in London anymore but I will happily travel the 200 miles to have my hair done here again. Thank you so much ♥️
