Everyone was friendly but the experience was to to treat myself and make myself feel better after a long stressful day and that didn’t happen. I was told as soon as I got there I couldn’t have the bouncy blow dry because I had extensions but they still washed and dried and straightened my hair … which makes no sense at all. When I asked why I could have it washed and straightened but not have tongs for some curls she just keeps saying because I have extensions ??? It’s the same process??

Lovely place and hairdresser! I will say, only go for classic/ basic cuts. I asked for curtain bangs but had to go to another salon to fix what I got at Hair Go. Otherwise wonderful experience
