The hair cut was ok, I opted for the quick ‘straight cut or trim’ option as I just wanted the ends tidied up. I would say however that I felt like I was being told off for my hair having a bit of damage, being told repeatedly how bad it was at the beginning of the appointment. Of course advice about hair care would have been fine and appreciated but this isn’t what I received, I was just told it was bad and meant I left the salon feeling pretty down about the experience

I unfortunately received a haircut I didn't ask for, with the hair framing my face cut very short in comparison with the rest of my hair. Such a shame as I had been growing out those sections from a fringe I had for over two years and a year of progress was taken off. I asked for an inch or so off all around, no alteration to the style. The staff were lovely and accommodating but I'm sorry to say that I had to book a hairdresser down the road the next day at Radio (highly recommend) to fix it.

There are many places to get a cut near home but I always get the train across town to go to Hair Go for a truly top quality hair cut. Thanks!!
