My hair stylist took the time to discuss options for my haircut, based on what I'd wanted alongside what was possible given the condition of my hair (dry hair with bad split ends). Pleased with the haircut I received and the service was really great.

Pleasant visit, and despite the hairdresser being nice and lovely and having listened to what I wanted, I didn't like the cut, and even though she really tried to achieve what I wanted, I think I will need to go to a much more expensive salon for that.
