Cut itself was good, yet the experience was awful. Staff was incredibly rude and insulting. I was scolded like a child for being 10mins late to an appointment they had moved up an hour earlier. The hair wash was far from relaxing, verging on violently aggressive. The hairdresser also made no effort to hide her disgust at the tangles in my hair - an inevitable byproduct of a rough hair wash with long hair. Although I have no objections to the cut itself, I'll never go back here. Was one of the worst service experiences I've ever encountered.

Got a pretty straightforward haircut and cannot fault it in any way. Further to that I got some good recommendations and advice.

Great staff, lots of attention to detail to the gel manicure. Really great value for money. Would definitely go back and would recommend.
