I so rarely leave bad reviews but I had to this time. After a simple trim I've been left with a mullet. Rather than adding layerS Agnes cut one harsh layer into the middle of my head! The rest of my hair (what's left of it) is dangling limply 4 or so inches lower - it's so noticeable even my co-workers commented on the two different lengths! I'll put the picture as my avatar on here so you can all see how awful it looks. To fix this I'm going to have to cut the remaining hair up to the "layer" into a bob. Not to mention, 15 minutes after arriving I was told to leave with wet hair? It's cold outside so I asked for her to dry it. She acted like this was an unreasonable request, then proceeded to direct the hairdryer upwards underneath the hair so it was flying everywhere, in my face and making it frizzy. She wasn't even touching the hair or using a brush? I've had this cut a thousand times elsewhere. She told me there's no way to hairdry curly hair. This isn't the case. I then said that I'd leave with it wet and Agnes sighed pointedly and rolled her eyes?? I work in customer service and have done since I was young. I've always made a huge effort to be polite when I am the customer as I know what a difference this makes to your shift. This is honestly the worst haircut I've ever had, and the woman was so unprofessional I don't mind complaining. I'm going to have to cut a good 4 inches off my hair so the difference in lengths isn't so dramatic, and trust me I won't suit a bob. Furious. Do yourselves a favour and skip HairGo. It's not worth the hassle
