Lana did an amazing job on my balayage! I am really happy with the result. I have a bit of history with box colour so I could have easily turned out with a horrible, brassy colour as opposed to the really nice, cool tones she was able to achieve! Most importantly, she managed to gently brush all the knots out of my hair after removing the foils and her shampoo was DIVINE.
