A really disappointing haircut experience. Stylist agreed before the wash that my hair would be cut to just under my chin (how I usually have it), and instead it was cut to just below my earlobes. So much hair was taken off! I find hairdressers usually double check the length with the client before making the first chop, but this didn't happen. It's just nowhere close to what I asked for. I feel ridiculous and will absolutely not return.
