I asked for a trim and upon returning home I realise it’s not straight after someone pointed out “they’ve just hacked at it” and it really isn’t. Extremely basic, 30 mins and only hand dried. After asking for some body (aka at least use a brush to dry it) I was told that would be extra as it would count as a blow dry. I’d recommend to go somewhere else and spend £25. Zero ambience in the salon, I wasn’t offered a drink and the stylist spoke two words to me. I wish I’d done my research properly first as this was a total waste of money.
