Sadly not a positive experience. I had a full head of highlights but feel like not enough highlights were put in for a start. With enough highlights I don’t normally need a toner but was told that I would need one ( I expect because there weren’t enough foils). The toner has ruined and dulled the brightness of my hair and I complained a couple of weeks later to see if they would fix it. I was told I would have to pay. Nice ladies, but not experienced enough in colour services I think. I have had to pay full price to have it fixed elsewhere.
