While my appointment took a little bit longer than we had both expected, it was well worth the extra time. I had originally booked for half head of highlights but after explaining to Lana the kind of look I wanted, she recommended I change to balayage. She offered me the olaplex treatment without pressuring me at all into spending the extra money. I know I’ll be cutting off my bleached ends quite soon so I wasn’t bothered about the treatment, so to protect my hair she used a weaker bleach mix which took a little bit longer. She really didn’t have to do this and I appreciated the extra care. She also chose the perfect toner colour. When I walked out of the salon I was thrilled with the finished look and couldn’t help smiling for the rest of the day. Everyone complimented my hair. I will definitely be coming back!

Lana was very good in talking through with me what was best for my hair. She did an excellent balayage and even though the colour was a bit too bright at first, after a few days, it settled and I got lots of compliments. The salon is clean and bright. I also had the orpaplex treatment which was great.
