Ana-Maria was really friendly and made some very good recommendations for my haircut.
She gave me good advice on the things I wanted help with, but was happy to go with my preferences on the things I knew I liked. It was a great consultation and I will happily go there again.

I love this place. The service is always quick and efficient and I always get what I ask for. Quality is not sacrificed for speed either. My hair was checked and double checked that is was correct. I will keep coming back.

I had booked a balayage and hair cu package. The stylist was 45 min late to start my appointment as she was busy with another client. I was offered tea and coffee but other than that no one really spoke to me. The stylists were constantly talking amongst themselves in a different language with little to no interaction with the client. No time update or any real consultation no questions about what colour toner i would prefer either. My hair ended up beeing a lot lighter than i would have liked.
