Genuinely worst experience I have ever had! I started off with ashy blonde hair with dark regrowth. Showed a very simple photo that just had slightly more honey coloured blonde with dark roots. I ended up leaving with purple/red brown hair. I have absolutely no idea how we got there i only showed her the photo so not sure why in earth anyone would put a red brown through my hair? I told the lady i wasnt happy but she kept telling me to wash it a few times and it would come good. It never did!!!
