Hairdresser was very attentive and ensured I got the cut I wanted. Super quick and efficient - perfect for my lunch break at work! Hair feels super soft too.

Overall experience was great, except when we had to cancel due to urgent matters and amend the appointment for next day, we had to pay 20% individually. The appointment time we were given was 11 am but says 10 am on the app otherwise. Had we not check the appointment time, we'd be screwed. Anna was great, she listens very carefully to individual needs.
