Although I was pleased with my haircut, I was disappointed with my experience overall. On arrival the women bluntly told me I would have to pay extra as my hair was medium not short (fine but they weren’t polite about it). The chair and floor were covered in the previous clients hair, and I wasn’t offered a drink even though they had sugar sachets out so clearly did to other clients. After I had paid the women disappeared out the back and didn’t even say goodbye. I was pleased with my haircut overall but for the price you can definitely get friendlier, more welcoming service.
