Inga continuously checked everything with me to make sure she was doing what I had asked for. She did a great job and was fast, which shows she’s experienced! She even blow dried it quickly to check she’d done it neatly, despite the fact I hadn’t paid for this service.

I am afraid I didn't have a great experience here. First of all, my treatment didn't start until over an hour after my scheduled appt time as the stylist was running late due to a problem experienced with another customer. Then my hair colour turned out to be not at all what I asked for. I believe the toner was left in far too long and so my hair is a totally different colour to what I was expecting. I requested another appointment for them to rectify it, but I worry that my hair will be damaged
