I had a very disappointing experience with this barbershop. I booked an appointment for 9:00 AM, but when I arrived the shop was completely shut. I waited for 15 minutes with no sign of anyone opening up and no communication whatsoever. It’s now 11:15 and I still haven’t received any update or explanation. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. I ended up leaving and finding another barber in the city. I won’t be returning.
