Really love my Brazilian blow dry. Hair is so smooth and straight. Lydia kept me informed throughout the process and appeared very efficient

I explained what I wanted and how my hair reacts to certain cuts and then she cut it exactly how I didn´t want it. My hair isn´t easy and I know what looks bad if cut a certain way, which I told the stylist. She cut it in that bad way. She seemed stressed and in a hurry. She cut all the perm out and it is now very short-which I told her I didn´t want. An uncomfortable atmosphere in the salon although the other girls were very pleasant. Luckily my hair grows quickly, but I won´t come back.
