Lovely products which suited my sensitive scalp. Great cut which had all the elements I had specifically asked for. Fantastic blow dry which included a new style for me. Hayleigh is so easy to chat to and reassuring about everything. I was offered a drink and made to feel very relaxed. The robe and towels meant that no hair or droplets of water went on my clothes.
