I knew I wanted a red colour for my hair but I didn't know what would suit my skin colour and the hair dresser offered no help at all and wouldn't help me choose and just said my hair is dark so she doesn't know. The atmosphere was uninviting. I wasn't offered any drinks or anything, not even a smile. She brushed my hair harshly and washed my hair harshly. I told her I want layers she said I didn't say that and was blaming me so didn't cut my hair. I have stains on my head that won't come out.
