Very disappointed - left the salon and everything seemed fine, but can now see in different lighting that I’ve still got loads of split ends! Such a shame and a waste of £40, have been coming to this salon exclusively for two years but this will be my last visit.

Despite being here on multiple occasions before, this haircut was awful. One side of my hair is shorter than the other and the front of my hair is not how I described how I wanted it. Absolutely gutted that I now have to deal this until my hair grows.
