Overall disappointed. It was my first cut in 7 months and was so looking forward to feeling pampered and looking fabulous afterwards. Unfortunately that didn’t happen. It took only 20mins total to wash, cut and dry (I have thick curly hair so I’ve never had a cut this quickly); I wasn’t offered a complementary drink as advertised; coat wasn’t taken on arrival; no smile or friendly service; hair now looks too heavy at the bottom and too flat on top. So gutted! Am considering going elsewhere to get it corrected.

Good hairdressers but I gave the overall experience a 4. In comparison to other hairdressers, it’s missing the little touches i.e a friendly smile and taking your coat from you upon arrival, a head massage whilst conditioning the hair (best part of a wash at a hairdressers), offering tea/coffee, spending time pre-wash discussing the look you are after and offering some advice.
Overall I was happy with my wash, cut and blow dry and I would return however they would certainly get a 5/5 if the above points are taken into account.
