I have been left with a random patch of dye on the top of my head after my appt. I asked to get it fixed, arranged a new appointment time and when I got there (after leaving work early and driving 45 mins), the salon was shut.
I’ve had no communication since to try and sort the situation out.
I no longer trust that my hair will be adequately fixed there and so will have to spend more money to get it done elsewhere.
This is under patch test as the salon cancelled my appt after I attended.
