Rude staff member who was clearly stressed out and waxed me in a complete hurry. Didn't remove all the hair (I had shaved recently so knew not all of it would come off but she left huge patches because she was rushing) kept laughing when I winced in pain. Missed loads of my bikini line that I'll have to go get done at another salon and acted repulsed at how much hair I had in an intimate area asking me "how can you let it get like this?" and made me want to cry. Never coming back.

Dita was very professional during the process and made sure I knew what was happening the whole time. She continually checked in with me to make sure that I was alright and was aware of what was going on. She was friend and easy to talk to and I felt at ease the whole time.
