Although i eventually got the outcome in terms of hair colour, i had a pretty bizarre experience. My appointment was booked for 11am & my treatment did not start until midday. So an hour late. Once things got going, my hairdresser was very attentive, friendly and made sure she & i were on the same page. Once the colour was washed out, i had my hair cut (this was done really well), then once dried i realised i had two big blonde bits on my hair (i have dark hairso this was a shock). It was now 3pm & i had a nail appointment elsewhere, so had to leave the salon with wet hair & returned at 4pm for them to rectify this. I sat waiting until 5pm & it was past 6pm by the time i left. I had taken annual leave for an appointment i thought would take 3 hours. The salon recognised their errors & offered me a free cut & blow dry. I was pretty upset by the end of the ordeal to be honest. But do like my hair once they had sorted out their mistakes.

I can honestly say this is the best haircut I have ever received. Emilie listened to exactly what I wanted and exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be going back!

I would recommend the salon for colour treatment & attentive staff, starting from the receptionist. It was slower than what I am used to, but the colour came out nice, so in general it was good value for money
Hair Colouring
Emile is just fantastic. She always knows what suits me best and I am always leaving the place with a haircut I love. She is also very creative if you need some inspiration and new ideas.

Unfortunately, Emile was running about half an hour late for my appointment due to a member of staff being on holiday. However, both her and the salon's receptionist were extremely apologetic and even threw a free thermal scissor treatment into my cut! The cut itself is spot on and exactly what I asked for, I desperately didn't want too much cut off and Emile cut literally just enough off to tidy up my hair- perfect! Friendly staff, great haircut-I'll definitely be back!
