Hair Colouring
I ordered an Ombre, and the stylist i had was great however the end product wasnt. They are horrendously under staffed, one stylist chops and changes between all the clients, they have too many clients, i changed chairs twice. I feel they need to spend more time with 1 client and 1 stylist. I didnt like what I got so they changed it on the day and when i called back the next day to say I still wasnt happy I was told I could go back the next day. I did and the same situation, too many clients and I changed seats 3 times, not an overall great experience but what I will say is they were all lovely and very willing to try and make me happy. however i dont think i will be going back.

Amazing experience. I can't tell you how I am happy found this salon! I went here for couple of service before, I was very surprised how professional team they are. My wedding day was coming and I booked appointment for consultation first. As always I was greeted by very nice receptionist who offered glass of champagne for me! I had detailed consultation with Eva what we gonna do and how make up and blow dry gonna look on my wedding day. Make up artist Valery and art director Eva did fantastic job. It was very important day in my life but I absolutely wasn't nervous because I knew that I am in professional hands. So many thanks to Valery and Eva and to all Hair Culture team!! I recommended this salon to all my family and friends!

I have had a 'hot scissors hair cut'. I found my experience frustrating. It felt like the hair dresser was rushing somewhere, apparently to accommodate another customer. She was not attentive to my problem - dead ends. She didn't get them cut off completely, which was my request. Waste of money. Also, she didn't apply a hot scissors technique. I had a hot scissors hair cut in another salon before and they would take my hair strand by strand, twist it and cut the dead ends all along the hair strands. This hair dresser didn't do so, she trimmed my ends but didn't cut them as much as it would have been needed to ensure that all the dead part is cut off. In general very low standard: she was rushing, didn't do what I asked for - to make sure that all the dead part on my hair ends would be cut off, didn't do strands to make the hair more healthy all along. Technically I'm in the same position after her hair cut. I would not recommend this salon.

I wanted to go from blonde to brunette. I was asked many questions and was given good advice on how dark to go. I felt as if I was in safe hands and that the hairdresser was experienced. What I also liked was that the hairdresser was knowledgeable about modern techniques and styles. This is not the cheapest hairdressers in the area but if you are getting your hair coloured why risk it just to save a few pounds.
