Unfortunately she did not cut my hair as after 45 minutes past the scheduled appointment time she had still not appeared (after saying she would be there in 5 mins three times), and so one of the other stylists took me on. At the point of payment the stylist who did cut my hair was charging me her lower rate, but at this point Marfun had now arrived and asked that I pay her the higher price for the appointment she did not carry out.
