The first bad sign was when they called me after 9pm the day before my 10am appointment trying to cancel it due to staffing issues. I refused a cancellation and they brought someone else in to do my lashes. Service was poor. The lashes were awful and not what I asked for. They all fell out within 3 days and really irritated my eyes. Never again.

I had the NANO extensions, and they are perfect.
