This place is really going and need to avoid. They made me pay extra for something I never booked .
The environment is horrible and all the staff are terribly rude and unfriendly. Lisa is one of them . She also cut my hair while I was standing up something I have never seen again .The lady next to me also had an argument with her hairdresser.
I would never go there again even for £10 haircut and I have been their customer for many years now . Awful experience.
