I’m really disappointed in my treatment here. She was so rough with the manicure that it left me bleeding. And I got no apology for this. Just seemed like she wasn’t concentrating, was in a rush and had no regard for doing a good job.

Doina is brilliant. I hae my nails done regularly and on occasion had to go somewhere else as she was fully booked, but do not last anywhere near the length of time when Diona does it
