Been to Hair Candy many times for a mani/pedi and never had any issues. I had different therapists for my manicure and pedicure. Pedicure therapist was very kind and attentive. Manicure therapist filed nails too short, without any shape and didn’t really pay attention to detail. Main reason for a three star rating - I had multiple cuts around the skin of my toe nails and finger nails. Ended up with an infection on one of my fingers and could not wear any closed toe shoes without pain ☹️
