Upon arriving, I was warmly welcomed, my coat was taken and I was shown to my seat. Vicky was incredible! I wasn’t too sure as to what I wanted but she took her time and gave me options. I was offered hot and cold drinks throughout. I was there for 3.5 hours as I was having a lot of treatments. At no point did I feel rushed nor uncomfortable- in fact, there was a great atmosphere with music and great conversation. I love my new hair and even better, I had fun whilst there! Thank you hair candy!!
