Sadly, my experience was really subpar. I know I have thick hair, but I've had this treatment many, many times throughout my life and I've EVER experienced the pain the hair stylist put me through. I was visibly and audibly in pain, I told him ouch and that hurts, many times, he just didn't care. He told me he has to do it like this (pulling my hair throughout all foils, toner and even the shampooing hurt! Don't get me started on the hair brushing). It was an awful three hours in that chair.
