While he trimmed my hair to the desired length he didn’t listen to me about the side I part it on usually. He didn’t speak to me at all. I have naturally curly hair and he rough dried it without using a diffuse or any curl products. He did use a few sprays of heat protector. While blow drying my hair he brushed it ( a no no for curly haired women!) with the brush he had picked up from the neighbouring station which had just been used on another client. I left looking like a frizzy poodle!
