Moving to a new area I decided to book a much-needed haircut at somewhere that could potentially be my new local, and found this place. I booked a dry cut at an off-peak slot, which made it a little bit cheaper. The estimated time was 30 minutes but it was done in 10, and though it didn't take long she did an excellent job and got my hair looking exactly how I wanted it. The staff were very polite and friendly and the shop floor was very clean. I will definitely be returning next time.

I contacted Vivienne at short notice so I could get my hair done for an event and I was suitably grateful that I opted for her. She was pleasant and friendly and was able to tailor the bob style that I wanted to my needs. When adding in hair weaves it can be hit or miss but Vivienne was conscious of what suited my face and left me satisfied. Furthermore, my hair was done within a reasonable time period and within 5 min of my arrival which often isn't the case in some afro hair salons so I was grateful for that and would certainly revisit to get my hair done again.
I have been going to Viviene for over 3 years now after struggling to find a hairdresser who can handle my hair and cares.
My hair was in poor condition before i began going but has not only grown but regained its fullness. I get a treatment every 2 weeks which has helped strengthen my hair despite the relaxer and coloring i do often.
I have never been disappointed after a visit
I was really happy with the service I received from Vivienne. She has a warm and friendly persona and made me feel very welcome. More importantly, I was really happy with the relaxer that I had done to my hair. I would recommend Vivienne to anyone who wants to get their hair done. You will literally be in good hands!
