Amazing! I can't recommend Vivienne more highly, full of helpful advice and she took such good care of my hair. Only thing I'd mention is you may not start on time because if she's working on a client she won't be able to switch to you immediately but apart from that can't complain.

Vivienne is very professional and takes her craft seriously. She started by assessing my hair before beginning services and the results was excellent. I have natural hair and when she was done with her flatiron there were “no roots”. I also really enjoyed the shampoo and head massage during the conditioning process.
